Our Capabilities
Our Directors and Team of advisers bring to the table a wide range of experiences, our strategic relationships with Investment Authorities, Various Ministry of Health Control programmes, The Humans Capital Development Programme activities in the respective countries positions Imagine Pharma as an attractive and potential partner to deliver the needed ingredients for successful technology transfer.
We understand the complexities of the issue and the challenges that conceiving and managing the process of transfer of technology presents for both firms and policymakers. However the adoption of the Agreement on Trade-related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS Agreement) in 1994 is a strong indication that IPRs are a key element of trade and technology relations in a globalized world. We believe our work will inspire increased levels of Investment, Technology Transfer, and Innovation in developing countries.
